Claudia Bordeaux, Partner
Starting her career in commercial real estate in 2007 at the height and immediate fall of the market, Claudia has seen the elasticity of the retail industry, the strength of the medical industry and the growth of the multi-family industry. She brings over 16 years of CRE experience with an extensive background in brokerage, marketing and research. Her concentration in retail services expands across landlord representation, tenant representation, developer representation and investment sales.
Claudia is an active member of ICSC and licensed in North Carolina.

Dan McPhillips, Partner
Actively engaged in commercial real estate since 1994 with a focus on retail, medical and multi-family properties throughout the Southeast. Dan’s experience ranges from investment sales, leasing, and development/redevelopment of multi-tenant strip, single tenant net lease (STNL), grocery anchored neighborhood, power centers, malls and mixed-use live work and play.
Dan is an active member of ICSC and licensed in NC, SC, GA, AL.
